1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Todobo mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Todobo ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Todobo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Todobo is a voice-first to-do application that allows you to capture spoken thoughts, which are processed to extract tasks, reminders, due dates, and times. Todobo also supports manual task entry, calendar integration, and task organization features.
Voice recordings are sent only as audio to third-party transcription services for processing, without attaching personal identifying information, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Todobo.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and tasks you create within the app.
- You agree not to use Todobo for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of any device or account used to access Todobo.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Todobo offers the following subscription plans:

- Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that grants access to Todobo for as long as the app is supported, with no recurring charges.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or app store policy.
- We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing periods, with notice provided in advance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Use the Service to transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
6. Intellectual Property
Todobo, its logo, design, and underlying software are the property of Todobo and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
You retain ownership of the content you create within the app (e.g., your tasks and notes).
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Todobo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated task extraction will always be 100% accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Todobo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed tasks, reminders, or appointments resulting from inaccurate transcription or extraction.
Tip: Always double-check important tasks and deadlines extracted by Todobo, especially for time-sensitive matters.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Todobo and delete the app at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid, except as required by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Todobo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
11. Apple App Store End User License Agreement (EULA)
